We couldn't take cancellations and refund for any order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us before the item has been shipped max (1 hours). Once the item has been marked shipped there is nothing we can do.

All orders can't be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns, all sales are final. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If for some reasons your package gets lost in the mail or doesn't arrive from the estimation date, please try to resolve this with your local post office before contacting us and if it’s lost, We couldn’t take the responsibility as we have mailed it and the carrier handles the rest. Everything is out of my control once we ship it. Please contact your local post office regarding missing mail.
